How to request deletion
- Email support@eloracast.com or contact@eloracast.com with subject “Eloracast data deletion request”.
- Include the email on your account (and creator profile name if any).
- Tell us whether you want to delete the whole account, specific uploads, or both.
- We verify ownership, then delete or anonymize personal data we control.
- Confirmation is sent when complete — target [DELETION TIMELINE — e.g. 30 days].
What we may retain
Limited records may be kept when required for law, security, fraud prevention, tax, or dispute resolution (for example, a billing receipt or a copyright strike log). We minimize what remains.
Creator catalog
Deleting your account removes your public profile and unpublished drafts. Published tracks you own are removed from the catalog unless law requires a short retention of logs. Co-credited works may need coordination with other rights-holders. [CO-CREDIT DELETION NOTE]
