For creators

Originality, reports, pauses, strikes, and appeals — in plain language.

Age

Creators must be 18 or older to upload. Eloracast is an 18+ platform at launch. [ATTORNEY REVIEW — draft]

Originality pledge

Before publishing, you pledge that:

  • You have the rights needed to upload and stream the work on Eloracast.
  • You accurately disclose AI tools and human contributions in credits.
  • You will not upload content that knowingly infringes others’ copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
  • You understand that false claims or repeated violations can lead to strikes or account limits.

Community report → pause → hand review

  1. Report. A listener or creator flags a track with a reason.
  2. Pause. The track is temporarily taken off the public catalog while we review.
  3. Hand review. A person reviews the report, the credits, and available context.
  4. Outcome. The track is restored or removed, with a short reason shared with the uploader (and reporter where appropriate).

Outside rights-holder claims

If a rights-holder (or their agent) contacts us about alleged infringement, we aim for a fast pause of the flagged track and a cooperative reply explaining next steps. Formal DMCA notices follow our Copyright / DMCA policy.

Strikes & appeals

  • Confirmed infringement or serious policy breaches may result in a strike.
  • Repeated strikes can limit uploads or lead to account suspension. [STRIKE THRESHOLD — e.g. 3]
  • You may appeal a removal or strike by emailing support@eloracast.com or contact@eloracast.com with evidence and the track ID.
  • Appeals are reviewed by hand. We aim to respond within [APPEAL RESPONSE TIME].

We don’t train on your songs

Uploading to Eloracast grants us a limited host/stream license to operate the service. It does not grant us rights to train AI models on your catalog.
